All small handyman projects are $102 minimum (up to the first hour) and $68/hr thereafter. All clients are responsible for the costs of the materials used.

Prices vary. Fee structures are project specific, and are agreed upon in writing before construction begins.

Other Fees

• Property maintenance plans are available upon request
• We add 15% to the cost of sub-contractors we manage for you
• Flexible pricing for odd jobs and specialty projects
• Fees for laborers and specialty equipment to be negotiated as needed
